- Forms & Documents Management : This module “E-Repository” effectively manages Secretarial records organized financial year wise, provision for storing records and supporting documents for resolutions. It also includes daily backup of data.
- Dashboard & Email alerts : Using the color code to reflect compliance status in the Dashboard and sending Email alerts for Important Dates reminders to customers.
- Real-time status updates to the Customer : All the information about a Customer is grouped systematically under tabs. Gives an easy-to-use access to the Customer to view, print the entire/part of data of their Company. It also helps to know the Return of Allotments, list of allottees, the Director register, when the Capital is changed, is the annual filing done, when did any Director resign, how many shares does a shareholder hold etc.
